865 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use

2. Account Registration & Security

Each user may only hold one active account on the 865 platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with forfeiture of any accumulated balances. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. 865 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, you must notify us immediately via our support email.

• Your password must be kept strictly confidential and must not be shared with anyone.
• Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to another person.
• Users are responsible for all activities that take place under their account.

3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules

Users of the 865 platform agree to use the service solely for lawful entertainment purposes and to comply with all applicable laws. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in disciplinary action, including account suspension or closure:

• Using bots, automated scripts, or any tools designed to manipulate game outcomes or exploit the betting system.
• Colluding with other users to cheat or manipulate matches, games, or betting markets.
• Using false information, another person's identity, or unauthorised verification methods during registration or the verification process.
• Launching any cyberattack, hacking attempt, or technical interference against the 865 platform infrastructure.
• Using the platform for any money laundering activities or unlawful financial transactions.

865 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and take appropriate action, including reporting to the relevant authorities where necessary.

4. Payments, Transactions & Deposit Policy

All financial transactions on the 865 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits can be made via the payment methods listed in the platform's Deposit section, including bank transfers via FPX and supported e-wallets. 865 does not accept payments in foreign currencies unless first converted by the system at the applicable rate.

For withdrawals, users must complete the required identity verification (KYC) process before their first withdrawal request can be approved. Processing times range from one to three business days, depending on the chosen payment method. 865 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals for the purposes of security investigation or account verification.

All promotions and bonuses are subject to specific terms stated separately. Bonuses obtained through illegitimate means will be voided without prior notice. Users agree not to transfer, sell, or trade bonus balances to any other party.

5. Liability Limits & Account Policy

The 865 platform is provided on an "as is" basis, without any express or implied warranties regarding the accuracy of information, continuity of service, or fitness for a particular purpose. 865 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, this platform.

865 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• The user is in breach of any terms stated in this document.
• Suspicious or potentially fraudulent account activity detected by our security system.
• The user fails to complete the identity verification process within the stipulated timeframe.
• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months with no transactions.

If an account is closed due to a terms violation, 865 reserves the right to forfeit the remaining balance in that account. For account closures unrelated to any breach, valid balances will be returned upon completion of the verification process.

6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms

All content on the 865 platform — including logos, text, graphics, user interfaces, software, and overall layout — is the exclusive property of 865 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 865 management.

This platform may contain links to third-party websites for informational or support purposes. 865 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party sites. Access to external links is entirely at the user's own risk.

865 reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms or the use of the 865 platform shall be resolved through a mutually agreed process under Malaysian jurisdiction.
